THE BACKGROUND
I didn't stumble into real estate. I built my way into it.
My career started in government public relations, moved into private marketing, and eventually led me to something that changed everything: my first rental property. That one purchase opened the floodgates. I now own over 40 units and multiple successful Airbnbs, and I understand real estate the way only an investor can: as a long game, a wealth-building tool, and a decision that deserves serious strategy.
That marketing background never left me either. Every listing I take gets the full treatment, not because it's standard practice, but because I know what good positioning looks like and I refuse to settle for less.
MY PHILOSOPHY
I take everything I can off your plate. That's the whole point.
My clients are busy. They have careers, families, and full lives. They don't have time to manage a vendor list, chase down inspection reports, or wonder what's happening with their listing. So I handle it. I coordinate the repairs, oversee the staging, manage the communication, and show up to every open house ready to work.
My clients call me unflappable. What they mean is: no matter what comes up, a mold discovery under contract, a timeline that shifts, an offer that falls through, I don't panic and I don't disappear. I make a plan and I get it done.
THE PERSON
A little about the life behind the license.
I moved to Dallas from Vancouver, Canada sixteen years ago, and this city has given me everything: a community, a career, and a front-row seat to some of the most beautiful neighborhoods in the country. I am lucky to live in Forest Hills, where the lots are generous, the tree canopies are majestic, and White Rock Lake is just steps away.
Outside of work, I'm a wife and mom to two daughters, a board member at Friends of Solar Prep, and someone who genuinely believes a good workout, and an evening on a patio with friends can fix most things. On weekends, you might find us at our ranch east of Dallas, riding horses, going mudding, or just sitting by the fire with friends for a few hours.
I love this work because I love people. Helping someone navigate a move, one of the most stressful and emotional things a person can do, is something I don't take lightly. It's a privilege every time a client trusts me on this journey.
